2010 - The Reichstag Eagle

The eagle hanging in the German Parliament (the Reichstag) was designed by Kevin Joseph Carrucan, the great great grandson of Peter Carrucan.
The Reichstag has been re designed as a living museum and is situated in central Berlin.
In an ironic twist of fate, Kevin Joseph is the grandson of Thomas Michael Carrucan who fought at Fromelles with the Australian forces in the First World War while Adolph Hitler was at Fromelles as part of the German fighting forces.
