1912 - Marriage of John Francis Carrucan and Margaret (nee Doherty) at Creswick

John Francis (Jack) Carrucan married Margaret (Maggie) Doherty at the Catholic Church in Cheswick, Victoria, in 1912. Jack, born 1885, was the eldest child of Patrick Carrucan and Ellen Carroll and the grandson of the original Patrick Carrucan who migrated to Australia in the 1850s. Jack and Maggie had 7 children, all born in Ballarat, except for Greg). Jack died in 1956. Children were Ivan Francis, Cornelius Patrick (Con), Mary Cecilia, Eileen, John, Theodora and Gregory.
