1966 - Dalton St Carrucan farmhouse in Eltham

When John Francis (Jack) Carrucan died in 1976, inspections of the old family farm house in Dalton St showed that it was too badly effected by white ants (we had known that and had to walk very carefully in the back rooms due to the deterioration of the floor). Thus the house was pulled down when the property was split up and sold after Jack's death. What a shame!
