1930s late - Mick and Mary Carrucan at Eltham

This photo is set in the late 1930's or early 1940's. Mick Carrucan (b 1960) is front left and this photo is taken probably not long before he died around 1942. His wife Mary Carrucan (nee Sweeney) is left back. The lady in the front is her sister Ellen Sweeney who, being sick, came to live at Eltham in the late thirties or early forties. We think the other family are the Brasiers or Braziers who lived for a while in a cottage owned by one of our relatives at Research.
