1942 - Malachi Ganly, Tom Dowling and Frank Kelly

Mary Jane (Girly) Carrucan was born at Kew in Victoria on 1 July, 1889. She married Michael Ganly (1882-1955) at St. Patrick's Cathedral Melbourne on the 22nd February 1911 and they had eight children, John (Jack), Ellen (Toppy), Mary F. (Molly), Kathleen, Margaret (Peg), Michael (Mick), Malachi (1926-1973) and Alicia. This photo shows Malachi (front left) with school friends Tom Dowling and Frank Kelly.
In the back can be seen Pearl Leggatt, Grandma Kelly, Norm Keele and Jack Carrucan.
Malachi was a great grandson of Patrick Carrucan and Mary O'Brien.
