1970 - Dalton Street Farm

Patrick Carrucan and Mary O'Brien settled on a farm in Eltham, with their farmhouse on the corner of Dalton and Bibles Street. The farm stayed in the family until their grandson John Francis (Jack) Carrucan died in 1976. At that stage what remained of the property was subdivided and sold.
This photo is taken from Mt Pleasant Rd, looks across the farm paddocks towards Dalton St and gives a side view of the old farm house.
