THE WALLER FAMILY

The Waller line came into effect when Rita Martin (1905-1989), the fifth child of Gerald and Bertha Martin, married Ernest Arthur Waller in Ballarat in 1931.  This family line may be traced as follows:

Bridget Carrucan (1833 - 1901) and John Coleman (1811 - 1886) ↓ Bridget (Bertha) Coleman (1864 - 1941) and Gerald David Martin (1862 - 1930) ↓ Rebecca (Rita) Winifred Martin (1905 - 1989) and Ernest Arthur Waller (1905 - 1965) ↓ Kenneth David Martin (b 1931) and Thelma Winifred Martin (1933-2005)

Ken and Thelma are great grand children of Bridget Carrucan and John Coleman.

Ken and his wife Zeita have two children, Richard and David.
David and his wife Judith have three children, Helen, Susan and Kathryn Waller.

Thelma married Graeme Waller and their marriage produced two children, Lynne and Toni Waller.
Lyn and her husband Terry Burns have two children, Jessica and Lon Burns.
Toni and her husband Noel Harris have two children Liam and Maddison Harris.
